House: The house is laid out on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a large kitchen, all three of which look out onto over the front and the back of the house. From the terrace facing the woods one accesses a master bedroom and a double bedroom, each with its own bathroom with shower. The upper level is reached by a staircase in the ground floor dining room. This floor is comprised of a master bedroom and a double bedroom with its own bathroom with shower. The double bedroom accesses a large terrace that overlooks the property. Besides the main house there is also an annex which has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and a double bedroom with its own bathroom.
History: The surrounding land is rich with vegetation and in the past it was an ideal location for raising livestock as well as hunting expeditions.
