Location: The property is located near the road which connects Morciano di Leuca to Torre Vado on approximately one hectare characterized by Mediterranean vegetation, hundred year old olive trees, carob trees, fruit and prickly pear trees.
House: The building is divided into two complete independent units.
Tyche is comprised of 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with independent access to the outside and one double bedroom), two bathrooms/shower, a living area with sofas inlaid in stonework (sleeps 2) and the kitchen with eating area.
Petrea is comprised of a large living/bedroom (approx. 30 sqm) with one double and one sofa inlaid in stonework that can accomodate two more person, an eating area, a bathroom with changing room and a kitchen with a small pantry.
Both houses are equipped with electric ovens, stove top, refrigerator, washing machine and a safety box as well as an outdoor  kitchen, barbecue, an shated eating area and a hot /cold water shower. 
Personal note: needless to say that this property is a very special one as well.  My friend architect and his wife (a chemist believe it or not) have had the ability to combine the past and contemporary interior design leaving to the property the sense of peace and harmony that one is still able to find in Salento.
