Location: Casino Pisanelli, a beautiful historical country home, is located in the middle of the country side.
History: Restored few years ago, the owners that live part of their time in this house, have had the ability to renovate the Casino with all modern comforts without having taken away the charm of the past.
House: Central part is a perfect rectangular . Entering the entrance door, a large entrance hall with a mezzanine with TV sitting room . On the right, the large fully equipped kitchen. On the left the living room with open fire place and a small guest bathroom. Passing under the mezzanine (where a contemporary artist has created a murals) on both sides, left and right, 2 master bedrooms each with their own private bathroom/shower. All four rooms open up onto 2 enclosed small courtyards: one (outside dining area with barbeque) for the kitchen and 1 master bedroom and the other, with orange trees, for living room and 1 master bedroom.  
Dependence is separated from the central part by the enclosed courtyard ( with orange trees ). The dependence has one kitchen, 1 air conditioned double rooms, three twins and one triple air conditioned room, each with own bathroom/shower. These 5 rooms also have a small private terrace facing the back closed in-courtyard served by an automatic gate (parking space and laundry area). On top of the dependence, accessable by an external staircase in the enclosed orange courtyard, a comfortable roof furnished terrace covered by canopy, overlooks the entire property and countyside, has been created to allow to enjoy drinks at the sun.
The garden is a rectangular one, entirely closed in by old walls, divided into 4 equal areas covered with grass. It has a central path way and one along the walls. The latter has columns all along, covered with beautiful roses (the owner has a real passion and knowledge of them) and other delicate type of plants. In the first part of the garden, near the central part of the house, the lap-pool crosses the central path way. The two sides of the pool are connected under the path and on either side there are shaded sitting areas. Outside showers near the pool available.
Personal note: It has been furnished  with great taste, it encloses some of the owners collection of local (and not only) handicrafts and have been able to mix the old arts, local culture and modern age in perfect harmony.
