Location: Casa Eolia, built in the 1970’s of exposed stonel, is located on the sea front of Castro. The simple décor respects that time period.
The house is surrounded by pine and oleander trees, with many flower beds of annuals and perennials which are cared for by the custodian of the house from Castro.
House: The facade of the house is of stone as is the lane that leads to the sea where two cement platforms furnished with umbrellas and lounge chairs are available to the house guests. The platforms are private and sea access is facilitated by convenient steps that lead directly into the sea.
The house is divided into two floors that can also be rented separately.
Ground Floor:
- 1 master bedroom with bathroom (shower) in the room
- 1 double bedroom
- 1 small single with a bathroom without shower
- 1 hall bathroom (bathtub)
- a long hallway which divides the sleeping and living quarters
- an equipped kitchen
- a living/dining room that opens onto the terrace where guests can eat in the shade of trees and reeds
First Floor: independent access from both an internal and external stairway
- 1 master bedroom with bathroom (shower) in the room
- 1 double bedroom
- 1 small single with a bathroom without a shower
- 1 hall bathroom (bathtub)
- a long hallway which divides the sleeping and living quarters
- a living/dining room that opens onto the terrace where guests can enjoy the view of the garden and sea.
