Location: Masseria S.Gregorio, a 10 hectare property of olive groves and pine trees, is located in the countryside of Patù about 1 km from San Gregorio harbour and only 6 km away from the white sandy beaches on the Ionic Coast.
History: The main body of the building is inhabited by the owner year-round and on the other side of the olive grove are the guest quarters which are three completely independent structures. Though they were recently built, the guest annexes were based on the original “pajare” structures, which are typical Salentine buildings made of stone. Moreover, the largest guest annex has one of these original historic structures incorporated into its design and for that reason is called “La Pajara”.
House: Two of the guest dependance are adjacent, “Pajara” and “ Liama”, while “ Camuffa” is located a short distance from them. The three annexes have the following layouts:
 Dependance “Pajara”:
- 1 master bedroom
- 1 twin bedroom (double on request)
- 1 pajara with sofabed
- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub and the other with shower
- large living room
- equipped kitchen
Dependance “Liama”:
-  2 twin bedrooms (double on request)
-  a bathroom with shower
-  a small kitchen which opens onto the living/dining room
Dependance  “Camuffa”:
-  1 master double bedroom
-  1 small twin bedroom
-  one bathroom with shower
-  one equipped kitchen
-  living/dining room
Each of the three annexes has its own outdoor area, equipped with garden furniture where guests can eat outside.
An old pajara adjacent to the Liama, has been converted into a laundry facility for the use of all guests.
A olive grove and small pine forest separates the annexes from the swimming pool with an area that is for guest use and equipped with wooden chairs and sun beds that the owner, a very nice gentleman, has personally designed and built with mastery and dedication. Moreover, being a lover of the countryside, he personally cares for his property as well as his guests, giving them produce from his gardens and offering every type of comfort requested.
