Location : Masseria (farm house) Risciano, is located 3 km away from the sandy beaches of Torre S. Giovanni and few km away from the historical centre of Ugento. A small country road, which “zig zags” between beautiful old olive groves, leads us to this XIV century masseria newly renovated, totally enclosed by its tall tufo stone walls with two entrance gates. The house: it mainly develops itself on the ground floor around the main courtyard in an L shape ( a Central Part, a Dependence and on the first floor a room in the Tower)

Accessible from an old staircase from the main courtyard as well as a second one at the back of the house, near the dependence.

. a equipped long terrace which develops itself along the entire surface of the house from which one can enjoy the beautiful view over the countryside as well as, in the distance,  the sea .
The masseria is fully air-conditioned and all bedrooms are spacious, have vaulted ceilings,  have a en suite bathrooms with shower, and all have  French doors directly connecting to the outdoor areas.
