Location: Boat house is located on one of the hills of S. Maria di Leuca, very close, on one side, to centre of the village where bars, cafés, restaurants, shops, harbor, beach clubs are to be found and, on the other side, close to the white sandy beaches between S. M Leuca and Gallipoli.
A beautiful view over the sea, as well as a glimpse on the lighthouse, will give you the feeling to be on a boat, hence it’s name. 
The architect, an ingenious and very creative man, has had the great ability to divide this house in several apartments to satisfy the needs of different types of group of guests. 
House: The house is divided into 3 different unit:
     .   Main House on the 1st floor: 
 with 1 double, 1 single and 1 quadruple with 2 bunk beds, each with its own bathroom. Plus living room, a large open equipped kitchen, and a furnished terrace with a shaded area with a magnificent sea view, and an outdoor guest bathroom and 3 outdoor showers.
     .  Apartment nr 1 ground floor: with 2 doubles and 1 single, each with its own bathroom, living, a kitchenette, patio and outdoor shower.
     .  Apartment nr 2 ground floor: with 1 double and 1 studio with a small single bed suitable for a child, small kitchenette with 2 burners, which opens into the living room, and 1  bathroom with shower.
     .  At ground floor, adjacent to the apartment nr 2,  with an independence access, there is a large room with a very small kitchenette and bathroom, which usually it is not available during the summer months, as it is reserved for the staff in charge of the property and of the maintenance of the house during our stay. 
 Note: The modern interior design of the house with its “stone work” furniture and with its elegant simplicity and brightness, will certainly give you the feeling of a true sea holiday home.
